MOUNTAIN INVESTMENT AND SECURITES LIMITED (MOUNTAIN or MISL) was incorporated on February 18, 2003 as a limited liability company. It was licensed by The Nigerian Stock Exchange as Broker/Dealer on August 28, 2003 and commenced business on November 12, 2003. The Company is registered and with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Mountain Investment and Securities Limited has an authorized share capital of N100,000,000.00 (One hundred Million Naira) and paid-up capital in excess of N70, 000,000.00 (Seventy Million Naira). Arrangement is in place to further increase the authorized and paid-up capital to N500,000,000.00 (Five hundred Million) to support increasing business activities.
